March 14th, 2010Advertisment
What will you do if your friend gives you a form to fill? If you don’t have typing machine, you will fill manually, and wish that the receiver will read your handwriting. Fortunately, you can “type” with Word.
To do it :
- Scan form and save as a picture. As example, we scan guarantee form, and save as picture with .JPG format.
- Open blank document in word.
- On Insert tab, in the group Illustrations, click Picture.
- Search file form you just scanned, and click Insert.
- Crop, change the size, and set picture position as you need for fit on page.
- Make sure the picture form still chosen, then on Format tab under Picture Tools, click Text wrapping in Arrange group, then choose Behind Text.
- Click randomly on document, then type text you want.
