- Click Start button
- From Start menu, choose Control Panel
- From Control Panel, choose “System and Maintenance” option
- In the “System and Maintenance” page, click “Administrative Tools”
- From “Administrative Tools” page, double click “Services” option
- After that, it will appear User Access Control window to verification that you permit to open “Services Control Panel” applet. Click “Continue” button. If you don’t see the window, it means that you have no right to access the facility. You must login as Administrator.
